Summary of brass terminal standardized structure design
The standardized structure of copper terminal suitable for welding connection of aluminum wire mainly includes the following characteristics:
(1) Terminal substrate: CuZn37 brass is recommended.
(2) Terminal welding position: the terminal welding surface adopts knurled embossed structure; Both sides of the terminal welding area must have welding positioning structures. The surface of the terminal welding area must be cleaned.
(3) Front end of the terminal welding position: the heat shrink tube seal transition area shall be reserved at the front end of the terminal welding area; The front end of the terminal and the connecting part of the body need to be tinned.
(4) The rear end of the welding part of the terminal: add the crimping wing structure at the tail of the terminal; A step transition structure is required between the bottom surface of the terminal crimping wing and the welding surface.
(5) Terminal punching position: the punching position of the terminal welding area, the front end sealing transition area and the back end crimping wing area needs to be added with deburring chamfered structure.
(6) Welding parts protection: The welding area of the terminal adopts double-wall heat shrink tube for sealing protection.
