System Capacity: A prepaid electronic metering system without STS codes shall be adopted, with the access capacity required to meet the data access needs of 30,000 to 100,000 electric meters.
Platform Architecture: The architecture mode of Data Concentrator Unit (DCU) – 4G Network Backend Platform – Mobile Application – Billing System – Cluster Management shall be adopted.
Application Functions: It is equipped with modern power sales functions and supports the processing of power purchase/sale services; it can conduct cluster management of connected stations to realize centralized operation; it integrates QR code registration, QR code recharge, GPS cluster positioning, and electronic payment functions.
Application:
The platform is applicable to short-term electricity usage scenarios requiring temporary electricity billing and settlement, such as public-area temporary sockets, construction sites,and shore power supply at ports and docks.
